L&M Custom Policies
L&M Customs all services are offered by appointment only, this ensures that each customer receives quality service.
Once contacted L&M Customs will gather details of services and items requested by the customer.
After initial contact between the customer and L&M Customs, a detailed electronic estimate will be provided via a customer-provided email address.
If after reviewing of estimate the customer does not agree to quote or request changes the customer can contact L&M Customs for changes.
Note quotes are only valid for 7 days after being issued.
L&M Custom will not process any appointment booking or purchase until the customer has electronically accepted the estimate.
Once the customer has electronically confirmed the estimate, L&M Customs will begin to process the customer requests.
L&M Customs will then issue an electronic invoice based on the customer confirmed estimate. The invoice will include services, items, miscellaneous costs, and estimated labor fees.
Labor Fees are subject to decrease or increase.
L&M Customs does not keep on hand stock, which allows us to ensure high-quality items at a low cost for our customers. If customers request items to be purchased by L&M Customs on their behalf items must be paid for prior to the order being placed.
After customer confirmation and any upfront cost are processed, L&M Customs will contact the customer to schedule an appointment date and time. Once the customer and L&M Customs set appointments, a booking confirmation will be sent to the customer.
If an appointment reschedules is need L&M Customs request 24 hours’ notice from the customer.
Emergency situations are excluded from notice policy.
If an appointment reschedules is need on behalf of L&M Customs, the customer will receive a call and email communication 24 hours prior to appointment.
